About

A review desk built for packs that must survive another pair of eyes

Application Review Ledger grew from years of preparing facility and grant submissions alongside borrowers who kept discovering figure mismatches only after a bank query arrived.

Mission

Give applicants a written, severity-ranked view of their own application finance before lenders or agencies do — so corrections happen on the applicant’s calendar, not under query pressure.

Origin

The practice sits in Taipei County, close to families and mid-market borrowers who assemble packs across accountants, advisers, and relative guarantors. Multiple authors create version drift; our work is to make one coherent ledger of what the exhibits actually support.

Working approach

We read source pages before summary tables. We rebuild material totals. We keep mild reservations when evidence is thin. We do not negotiate with banks, sign as auditor of record, or rewrite your narrative for marketing effect.

People

Engagements are led by a senior review lead with a junior examiner for dual review on flagship audits. Portraits of the desk:

Marcus Tan

Junior examiner. Rebuilds cash-flow bridges and checks exhibit freshness dates on every dual review.

Values that show up in the memo

  • Specificity over reassurance — name the schedule line that fails.
  • Boundaries — legal opinions and bank negotiation stay outside the engagement.
  • Respect for filing calendars — rush work is confirmed, never assumed.
  • Plain language for applicants who are not full-time credit staff.
