This notice explains how we collect and use personal data when you inquire about or engage financial audit of applications services.

Data we collect
Contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided), message content, selected audit type, preferred filing window, and documents you upload or hand over for review. Technical logs may include IP address and basic browser data when you visit the site.
Purposes
We use data to respond to intake notes, perform engagements, issue memos and invoices, meet legal obligations, and — only if you subscribe — send ledger notes by email.
Legal bases
Performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in operating a professional review practice, consent where required for optional analytics cookies or newsletter subscription, and legal obligation where applicable.
Retention
Inquiry messages without an engagement are kept up to 24 months. Engagement files are retained for seven years unless a longer period is required for dispute or legal reasons. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwan personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing. Contact hello@networking-edge.digital to exercise rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.
International transfers
If document transfer or email hosting involves processors outside Taiwan, we use contractual and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of application packs.
